TS EAMCET 2020 Counselling Dates – Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will conduct the TS EAMCET 2020 counselling in online mode. TS EAMCET Counselling 2020 – Step by Step Procedure:

The complete process of TS EAMCET counselling is online beginning from registration to allotment of seats. The TSCHE will release a notification after announcement of result, mentioning the timeline and procedure for TS EAMCET 2020 counselling. Students will have to complete all the processes as per the schedule in order to be considered for admission. The detailed step by step guide for TS EAMCET counselling 2020 is given below

Step 1- Payment of Counselling Fees: Students have to pay counselling registration fees as the first step for participating in TS EAMCET counselling 2020. Candidates can pay fees in online mode using credit/debit card or internet banking of any nationalized bank. Students of unreserved category have to pay Rs.1200 while reserved category candidates have to pay Rs.600. The procedure to pay counselling fees is as follows

  1. Open the official website of TS EAMCET counselling @ TSeamcet.nic.in

  2. Click on “Processing Fee Payment” link

  3. Enter TS EAMCET 2020 hall ticket number and rank

  4. Click on “Pay Fees” link

  5. Select the mode of payment

  6. Enter the required credentials for credit/debit card or net banking

  7. Click on “Make Payment” button to pay the fees

Students will receive an SMS mentioning their payment reference number and confirmation message of successful fees payment. Students will also be required to select a date for document verification at this stage.

Step 2- Certificate Verification: Students have to report to the TS EAMCET help centers for document verification as per the date and schedule selected. Students visiting the help centers have to carry all documents of educational qualification, category (if claiming reservation), other relevant documents, TS EAMCET hall ticket and receipt of fee payment. Candidates will be issued the receipt of document verification after successful verification post which they can proceed for registration and exercising web options.

  • Aadhaar Card
  • S.C or its equivalent Mark Sheet
  • 6th Standard to Inter Study Certificates
  • Residence Certificate of either of Parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years (in case of Non-Local candidates)
  • Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate
  • Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority (if applicable)
  • Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2020 (if applicable)
  • Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) / NCC/Sports / Minority certificate if applicable.
  • Residence certificate in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.

Documents Required by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates

  • PH-certificate issued by District Medical Board. Candidates with 40% and above disability are considered eligible

  • CAP-certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer – Identity card and Discharge book (in case of Ex-Servicemen) and Service Certificate (in case of in service men) issued by the Competent Authority for verification.

  • NCC & Sports – Original Certificates issued by competent authorities

  • Minorities – SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the headmaster

  • Anglo-Indian – Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of residence

Step 3- Registration: Candidates will have to continue for registration after document verification. The following steps will be involved in registration

  1. Open the official website of TS EAMCET 2020 @ tseamcet.nic.in

  2. Click on the “Candidate Registration” link

  3. Enter your Registration Number received on mobile, TS EAMCET hall ticket number, Rank in entrance exam and date of birth.

  4. Click on “Generate Password”

  5. Candidate will see their details on the screen, verify all the details and create a password of your choice for future login

  6. Click on “Save Password” button to complete the registration process.

  7. Candidate will see “Registration Successful” message post completion of registration.

Step 4- Option Entry: Students have to login to their candidate portal using their registration number and password for exercising web options. At the time of exercising web options, candidates will have to fill their choices of colleges in order of preference. The following steps will help candidates in exercising the web options

  • Open the official portal of TS EAMCET 2020 @ tseamcet.nic.in

  • Click on “Candidate Login” link

  • Login using registration number, password, hall ticket number and date of birth

  • An OTP will be sent to registered mobile number

  • Enter the OTP and click on “Click Here for Option Entry” button for exercising web options

  • Select the district in which college is located

  • Click on “Display Option Entry Form” button

  • Enter choices of colleges in order of preference and

  • After filling all choices candidates have to save their options which will be locked for seat allotment

Step 5- Allotment of Seats: The TSCHE authority will allot the seats to all candidates who have filled choices within the specified last dates. The seat allotment will be done on the basis of candidates score in TS EAMCET 2020 and choices filled. Students will have to login to their candidate login using to check the allotment status. Candidate who will be allotted a seat will have to download their provisional seat allotment letter from their portal and visit to the allotted institute for completing further admission process.

Step 6- Reporting to Allotted Institute: Candidates have to visit the allotted institute within specified dates along with provisional seat allotment letter and all required documents. Students must note that they must report to the allotted institute within specified dates failing which their admission to the institute will get cancelled.
